The well-preserved spirit of Miguel de Cervantes' Don Quixote conjures up notions of seeing beyond the horizons of our own personal realities, intrigues us enough to pause and gaze at our own constellation of possibilities and invites us onward to a better place and time in our world. This blog is dedicated to all those who seek their fuller and better self. Your time has come. Your odyssey begins now.

I appreciated the lecture/power point to the material for the week. Thanks! Sarah S.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the approach. You did a nice job depicting the information here. Thank you. Megan Bales.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your approach with fitness and calorie balance. A lot of information to break down. Jacqueline Barnett
ReplyDeleteI really found this helpful in understanding the material for last week and this week. It helps hearing an explanation rather then just reading, for me anyway. I have found this class very interesting and informative. Being someone who is overweight, obese by BMI standards, that has struggled with weight since college (the first time) this information is helpful in more ways than one. I really enjoy the nursing approach and how disease process is incorporated. Kendra Bailiff NTR 300
ReplyDeleteThank you for your insight on fitness and nutrition. I really like hearing these as these are easier to understand versus reading the material. Thank you Jessica Smith
ReplyDeleteThe presentation this week goes well with last chaper and also this chapter. Made information easy to understand. I liked the scales that show the important things as larger.
ReplyDeleteThanks
Kris
